How we use it
Only to provide the service: audits, suggestions, applying and testing changes, reports, alerts and the guarantee check. Product text is sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to generate suggestions. We do not sell data.
We may publish studies using anonymous, aggregated data from many stores (for example, average click-through rates). These never identify a store.
Processors
Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage), Anthropic (AI suggestions), Resend (email), Sentry (error monitoring), Google (Search Console API), Shopify.
Retention and deletion
- Search Console rows are kept for 120 days.
- When you uninstall, we stop processing and delete all store data when Shopify sends its deletion request (about 48 hours after uninstall).
- We do not email you after you uninstall.
- You can disconnect Google at any time from your Google account settings.
Your rights (GDPR and similar laws)
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at support@snipbloom.com. We respond within 30 days.
Google API Services
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
